After you have your baby the first abdominal exercise you want to do is called hollowing. If you don’t know what that is, it can be a little bit tricky to figure out but it’s actually quite simple. All you want to do is pull your belly button to your spine. So you can imagine an ice cream scoop coming in, you’re gonna scoop out, clear your belly button up and back. That’s all that hollowing is, it’s very very simple. It somewhat when your pregnancy and you hug that baby high and tight.
Once you’ve got that the next exercise is just a half roll up. So you’re gonna hollow out, and you’re just gonna come halfway back. And exhale up, good good. Take one more like that here. So she Hollows and then she comes halfway back. And exhale up. If you want to make this hard, you’ve got a couple options. First thing you can do is bring your feet closer to your butt. Second one is squeeze your knees together. That’s gonna make it harder as well. You’re gonna inhale back here. And exhale up. That’s it. Perfect. Take two more like that. Hey. And one more here. Good good. So that’s your very first sequence. Six weeks out, you’ve had your baby, hollow out and take a couple roll up, see how they feel.
