I really have enjoyed the Prenatal Toning, Fitness and Yoga combo class--it was one of the best things I have done during my pregnancy. It was great physically as well as emotionally to connect to other people who were going through what I was. I found it invaluable. Thank You!

The great news is that my labor was crazy easy, and I am sure that having worked out with Oh Baby! Fitness and Erica over the last 5.5 months in the prenatal combo class at Dekalb Medical was a major factor in my ability to push even when numb and have a smooth delivery. I looked forward to Erika pushing us to really prepare our bodies for motherhood and appreciated the aches that came the next day to tell me I really had a great work out. Please pass on my gratitude to her. Looking forward to Mom and Baby classes.

I have absolutely loved Oh Baby! Fitness, as well as working with Kathleen and Clare. From the minute I wanted to sign up for the classes, Clare was so helpful and accommodating. Kathleen shares a lot of knowledge during her instructing. I learned so much about pregnancy and delivery during my classes from Kathleen and the other pregnant women in the class. I'm so happy I enrolled and recommend it to anyone who is pregnant! I'm looking forward to the Mom & Baby classes this summer after I deliver! Thank you for providing such an insightful opportunity and open forum. It's made the entire process feel much more manageable!

Oh Baby Fitness is such an awesome, unique company that allows pregnant women to connect with other pregnant women in a positive way. I've never experienced anything like it, and I'm so glad to have found it!!

This has been my favorite fitness class that I've taken in a long time - including pre-pregnancy. Kathleen is motivating and challenging and the class format inspires community. I'm incredibly impressed with Oh Baby Fitness. Make-ups are easy and fun since you have the flexibility to take other classes and the instructors are very skilled and attentive.

Everything went amazingly well with my delivery, and I believe a lot of credit goes to Oh Baby! Fitness!The doctors and nurses were amazed at how fast I progressed and that I only needed to push for 40 minutes! They were also very impressed at how effectively and efficiently I pushed. I was the fastest delivery of the day! I believe that the exercises that I did through your program facilitated the easy delivery. I also believe that exercising until the very end really paid off.

Emily I thought the Mom & Baby Pilates class was wonderful. It was such a supportive environment and so much fun, yet a great workout! The Mom & Baby Pilates class is AWESOME! A great way to work out and get to be with other moms and babies. It's nice to be with other people who are going through the same thing as you, especially as a first time mom. Rebecca D. I just wanted to stay thanks for giving a space for expectant mothers to not only exercise and feel good about themselves but also a place to form friendships. I took water aerobics from 13 weeks until the very end when Landon was born. Meeting and forming bonds with other women who were delivering near me was great. After the fact it gave me someone to call and talk with, exchange stories, ask questions, and go out to lunch!
I also wanted to thank you for providing mommy and me classes going back to work was hard, and all of my time with Landon is precious. The mommy and me classes offers me an opportunity to not only get in shape but spend time with Landon. We both loved the class last week, it was a great bonding experience. It also gives a chance to spend time with our water aerobics friends! Again thanks Our instructor, Jocelyn, was fantastic. She was very energetic and gave me and baby a great work out every week. I could not work out when I was pregnant and searched all over for some type of swimming class at my doctor's recommendation when I saw an ad in the Decatur newsletter. I love your Oh Baby! Fitness classes! I went from 17 weeks to my 39th week. I still keep in touch with the other women from the class and the instructor as well. (Instructor) Kathleen Donahoe rocks! :) Dawn Saturday's Mom & Baby H2O class was a huge hit with Baby Lauren! Kathleen is such an excellent instructor and took extra time with me to make sure Lauren and I did the back float and dunk just right. It's so comforting and confidence building to have someone as capable as her to guide us. As an added bonus, two of the gals that I was in the pregnancy aqua class with were also in this class. One of the things that I have really enjoyed has been the relationship building that takes place during class. Ronda Having been pretty active before I got pregnant (cycling, running, water skiing), I was hard-pressed to find a form of exercise that could accommodate my pregnancy. Oh Baby! Fitness fit the bill. Not only did I find exercise opportunities that were tailored to my pregnant state, I met some great other moms-to-be who could appreciate all my talk of pregnancy and babies. Toward the last few weeks, I looked forward to my aqua aerobics class all week- it was probably my favorite thing about being pregnant! The instructors I had (Kathleen, Sarah, and Jessica) were not only fantastic instructors, they were great fun to talk with about all things pregnancy-related. Sue I had recently moved to the Atlanta area and just found out I was pregnant. I was looking for opportunities to meet people when my ob/gyn suggested joining some exercise group. I searched online and discovered Oh Baby! Fitness. Best discovery I've made since moving to Atlanta. I love the exercise classes they provide, the instructors are wonderful and the opportunity to know other mothers and mothers-to-be is invaluable. Tara I love Oh! Baby Fitness. I started taking classes in my 16th week of my pregnancy and am now in week 33. The classes are part excercise and part therapy. They've made my pregnancy so much better! And Kathleen is great.
