The Oh Baby! Fitness Pregnancy Exercise Weekly Workout App shares everything we've learned from training nearly 20,000 women in prenatal and postnatal fitness.
Each week, you'll be given the best yoga, Pilates or strength building exercise specially designed for your specific week of pregnancy. Short videos and descriptions will show you exactly how to do the exercise and will explain how the exercise will help you build muscle or relieve stress. Our app will guide you through the creation of a workout that's just right for your stage of pregnancy. As you progress, you can always repeat the previous week's exercise or explore up ahead in the app to find new and different exercises to try.

If a class you're interested in has already begun, you can still join at a pro-rated price. Click on the 'Sign Up Now' button and you'll be given the choice to join the 'remaining classes' or a 'single class.' Follow the prompts and you'll be signed up quickly and easily. You must register and prepay to attend any class.
For everyone who signs up for more than one class a session, this discount is for YOU! If you register for more than one Oh Baby! Fitness class, you will receive 10% off ALL classes in which you have enrolled.
The discount is only offered for full sessions. Pro-rated classes and single classes are not included.

all the women who deliver there will have access to the widest variety of
prenatal and postnatal exercise classes in the country!
Northside Hospital recognizes women are more likely to exercise at a location that is closeby, so ALL of Oh Baby! Fitness' 30 metro Atlanta locations are included on the Northside Hospital classes website.

Oh Baby! Fitness is trying our best to give Moms what they want. Six-week sessions on Saturdays were just too much to commit to for many. Click here to download a medical consent form. If you're pregnant or less than 12 weeks postpartum, Oh Baby! Fitness requires a signed consent form from your doctor or health care provider.

We welcome one guest to attend (grandparent, dad, partner, aunt/uncle) any of our Mom & Baby classes. No extra charge!! Our only rule is your guest needs to join in the workout and participate in the group. All of our classes are a good workout! So family members, feel free to join us and get fit, have fun and bond with your baby!
