Mom & Baby class - Mom & Baby Pilates
Mom & Baby class
Each class runs 45 minutes
Get your tummy back into shape and build core strength. Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, this class strengthens abdominal muscles, develops muscle strength and increases flexibility. Throughout the class, you'll have the option of involving your baby in the movements or having your baby close to you on your mat. You don't need previous Pilates experience to join this class. This class is brought to you by Oh Baby! Fitness
What to bring: Pilates mat, towel, bed pillow, water.
Mom may need a signed MEDICAL CONSENT FORM in order to participate in class. Oh Baby! Fitness requires a signed consent form from your doctor or health care provider if your baby is less than 12 weeks old. Click here to download a form.
