Missed Classes and Make-up Classes:
Oh Baby! Fitness has a very unique and generous missed class policy. If you miss a class, you will be allowed to make it up in any other comparable (pregnancy or mom & baby) class before your session ends. No credits will be given for classes you do not make-up during the current session. If you don't make up a missed class before the end of the session, you forfeit your credits. If you miss the last class in a session, you will not be allowed to make it up, so think ahead!
Single class registrants may not make-up missed classes. You MUST attend class on the date purchased.
Making Up a Class:
Attend any comparable (pregnancy or mom & baby) class at any location before your session ends. When you sign in at the class you have chosen, write 'make-up' next to your name. Our automated system will track your attendance. One bonus of our make-up policy: many women choose to miss a class on purpose, so they can try out another Oh Baby! Fitness class. (ie. you're signed up for Pregnancy Pilates, but you decide to do your make-up in a Pregnancy Water Aerobics class).
**Always check the Today's Classes link to make sure the class you want to attend as a make-up is running.**
Bedrest or Birth of Baby:
If you are put on bedrest or your baby is born before the end of your pregnancy class, you may use your remaining class credits toward a full session of a mom & baby class.
**You must notify us within 1 week of your baby's birth or bedrest to receive credit.** If you are put on bedrest, please fax a note from your physician to us so we can put it on your file and calculate your credits.
When you're ready to return to exercise, you must call Oh Baby! Fitness at 678-528-1390 to register for class and use your credits.
Credits:
Must be used within 6 months of the date of issue or the credit will be forfeited.
